Terms and Conditions

By booking, entering and /or using the Badminton Masters (‘BM’) venue or facilities, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions listed.

General

All entrants acknowledge that they are exposed to certain risks when using the facilities, including but not limited to physical injury. Badminton Masters accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage suffered by any person entering the facility. To the extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Badminton Masters and its employees, representatives and agents from and against any and all losses, liabilities, expenses, claims, demands, suits and damages whatsoever and howsoever resulting from or in connection with an entrant’s use of Badminton Masters facilities.

Conditions of entry

Entrants to the venue must behave appropriately and follow lawful directions at all times. Abusive / inappropriate language, derogatory comments or any kind of disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and appropriate legal action may be taken. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person or remove any person from its premises.

Playing over time / Empty courts

Customers are responsible to finish play at their designated time, failure to do so would result in additional charges in hourly increments. Customers may extend the booking if the court is vacant at the expiry of their booking time, upon payment of additional charges in minimum hourly increments.

Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation of court bookings are permitted any time before 48 hours, prior to the commencement of the booked time. Customers who fail to cancel bookings online before 48 hours would not be eligible for credit refund.

All refund requests would be reviewed on a case by case basis. Bonus credits are neither refundable nor transferable and the management reserves the right to deduct the bonus credits from the final refund (if any).

Credit Validity

Customers are required to use prepaid credit for court bookings, which has a minimum of 90 days validity from the date of purchase. Credit balance would be reset upon expiration of validity period and no refund will be provided. Please ensure you recharge the correct amount during credit purchase.

Security/surveillance cameras

Security cameras are installed across the facility and entrants acknowledge that they may be filmed while being at the venue.

Damage

Any damage caused to Badminton Masters property / equipment / facilities by any entrant, they will be held responsible for all costs associated with repairs or replacement, as decided upon by the management.

Personal property

Customers are responsible for their own belongings at all times. Badminton Masters accepts no responsibility for any property that is lost, stolen, misplaced or damaged at the venue.

Coaching

Only Badminton Masters authorised coaches are allowed to conduct coaching/training sessions at our facilities. No one other than our authorised coaches are permitted to provide any coaching or training lessons.

Organising Tournaments

Please contact us if you are planning to organise a tournament at our venue.  Any tournament bookings made directly through user login without Badminton Masters approval is subject to cancellation without prior notice and forfeiture of your booking amount.

Privacy policy

Badminton Masters is highly committed to protect our customers privacy. We will only store information relevant for booking and billing purposes, only accessible to the management. We never share your personal/private information with any third party.

Conflict resolution

Customers are requested to contact the management if you feel unfairly treated at our venue/facility. Please email info@badmintonmasters.com.au
